The BC-G2 B Lockable stacking cone for shipping containers is a robust, twist-in stacking solution designed for safe and secure container handling. Made from heavy-duty galvanised steel, this stacking cone fits directly into ISO container corner castings and features a twist lock mechanism with a spring loaded trigger for added security. Once inserted, it twists into place, locking firmly, and can only be released by pressing the small spring loaded trigger. This mechanism prevents accidental dislodgement during stacking, storage, or transport.

How to use:

Insert: Drop the stacking cone into the lower container’s corner casting.
Twist: Rotate the cone to lock it securely into place. The internal mechanism will automatically engage.
Stack: Lower the upper container so that its corner casting fits directly over the cone.
Check: Ensure the cone is properly seated and fully locked in position at all four corners.
Release: To remove, press the spring loaded trigger and twist the cone in the opposite direction to unlock.

BC-G2 (C) Hanging stacking cone

Our BC-G2 (C) shipping container hanging stacking cone is a heavy duty container alignment device designed to simplify and secure vertical stacking of ISO shipping containers. Ideal for port & terminal operations, as well as container yards, this self locking cone ensures precise positioning with minimal manual effort.

The cone fits easily into the underside of corner castings, allowing for quick and secure stacking. Each container requires four cones, and the integrated flange increases the overall stack height by 12mm per row.

Instructions for use:

Insert & rotate – Place the cone into the bottom corner of the upper container and rotate. It will automatically hang in place.
Stacking – Lower the upper container onto the lower one. The stacking cone aligns both containers, no manual intervention required.
Unloading – Lift the container as usual. The stacking cone remains attached and lifts out with it.
Removal – Push the cone up, hold it, then rotate to release and remove it.

BC-A3 shipping container stacking cone

Our BC‑A3 2641 model shipping container stacking cones are strong, conical fittings made from forged, hot-dip galvanised steel. They sit between stacked ISO containers to help guide them into position and keep them securely in place during transport. Unlike twist locks, they don’t lock containers rigidly, instead, they align the lower corners of the upper container with the ones beneath, enabling shear force transfer and preventing horizontal movement.
